Our mission
CalcVita is an independent platform providing free, evidence-based health calculators for every stage of life. From pregnancy and pediatrics to nutrition and longevity, we believe health information should be accessible, accurate, and multilingual. Our goal is to empower anyone, regardless of language or location, to make more informed decisions about their well-being using reliable tools that are easy to understand.
What we offer
We currently provide 11 calculators covering a broad spectrum of health needs: body mass index (BMI), total daily energy expenditure (TDEE), macronutrients, pregnancy due date, gestational age, child growth percentiles, child weight percentile, adult height prediction using the Khamis-Roche method, biological age, body inflammation assessment, and lipedema screening. Every calculator is completely free, requires no registration, and is available in six languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Romanian, and Polish.
Medical review
All calculators and health content on CalcVita are externally reviewed by Dr. Ivan Ibáñez (Licence No. 17/05487), a specialist in anti-aging and longevity medicine. His role is to ensure our technology aligns with current clinical evidence. We also follow WHO, CDC, and peer-reviewed standards so that every result is reliable and backed by verified data.
Our methodology
Each calculator is built on published, widely validated scientific formulas: Mifflin-St Jeor for basal metabolic rate, Khamis-Roche for height prediction, WHO growth standards for child development, and more. We cite primary sources for every model, test edge cases, and validate results against recognized clinical references. Please remember that all results are informational and should never replace professional medical advice.
Privacy and transparency
All calculations run locally in your browser. We never store personal health data on our servers. Analytics are only activated with your explicit consent. We have no pharmaceutical affiliations and publish no sponsored content. Our sole motivation is to provide honest, useful tools that help people better understand their health.
